Click "Create Server" in the navigation or on the home page. You'll be prompted to log in or create an account, then you can fill in your server name, type, version, and resource allocation. Submit the form and your server will join the approval queue. Once approved, your credentials will appear in the "My Servers" tab.
The free plan allows up to 2 servers. However, the total RAM across both servers cannot exceed 4GB, and total storage cannot exceed 20GB. You control how resources are split between your servers using sliders during creation.
Most server requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. You'll receive your panel credentials via the billing dashboard once approved. Join our Discord for faster support if your request is taking longer.
We support a wide range of versions depending on the server jar. Paper, Vanilla, Spigot, and Purpur support versions from 1.8 through the latest release. Forge supports popular modded versions from 1.7.10 through 1.21.x. Fabric supports 1.14+. Check the version dropdown when creating your server for the full list.

For paid subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
After the 7-day period, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused periods will be provided on a pro-rated basis.
